ACTIVE GLASS COLLECTION

We just released the Glass capsule collection for Some Product Active. After doing a shoot for the site, we did a little graphic experimentation with some of our favourite images from the shoot.

The graphics for this collection created from scratch by smashing, photographing and graphically manipulating some discarded mirrors found in an alley. As always, we use the most premium technical fabric imported from Italy, and all items are produced ethically in Vancouver, Canada.

Tokyo Trash

20151128-IMG_6883platform table

It made perfect sense that on a trip to Tokyo, a little quick shoot with our “Tokyo Trash” leggings was in order. After all, it is the city that gave birth to the initial idea of doing the City Trash series, as well as every item featured in the collaged print on the leggings was all found or procured on the streets of Tokyo.

I love the energy of the graphic layered directly into the frenetic, non stop pulse of the city streets at night.

The shoot also features the first appearance of the graphic tote bags we are working on.

Some Product Lookbook “re imagined”

I recently got an email with this beautiful collection of images from our last major look book campaign with the incredible team of Martina + Reem. More then just frequent collaborators, they have become our good friends. Their enthusiasm, joy and love of their subjects and the process of photography itself, can be clearly seen in all their work. This particular group of images is no different. Not merely satisfied with shooting a look book, they went back into the original shoot, found previously unseen and unused images and re worked/re imagined them into this very magical and slightly surreal collection of photos. Enjoy.

Tantalum Magazine – Odessa

Martina + Reem are very much in our creative family. Aside from being absolutely lovely humans and frequent collaborators, they are some of the most talented and hardest working creatives around. We have also had the pleasure of working with them on a capsule collection featuring some of their more ethereal and abstract photography.

A beautiful editorial featuring many of the pieces from our collaboration was recently published by Tantalum Magazine.

In her thank you note to us, Jen wrote – They fit so perfect! One of my favourite fitting leggings!”

Thanks Jen!
