Where are Some Product garments manufactured?

All our garments are ethically designed and manufactured in Vancouver, Canada. This allows our designers to work closely with our production factories to ensure a constant high quality standard. The factories we use are safe, clean, ventilated and healthy work environments. We take great pride in working with factories that share our commitment to quality, ethics and technical capabilities.



What fabrics does Some Product use?

We use only the best import Italian technical fabrics. A multiple range of high-tech fabrics are used for each of our different styles. From perfect fit compression fabrics to ultra-light and touchable, check the collections page for more information on the specific fabric used for specific items.

What are the technical features of the import fabrics used by Some Product?

Italian import fabrics are preferred due to their high quality, soft hand and a very high knit count. All our high-tech fabrics ensure UV protection, and excellent coverage. They also have four-way stretch and are highly resistant to shrinking, fading and pilling.

All our Italian technical fabrics are extremely breathable to keep you dry and comfortable even with the toughest workouts.

Why compression fabrics?

Our UltraFit high performance, compression fabrics hug you in all the right places, won’t restrict your movement, and hold everything in so that you can just focus on being fabulous. Although they may be slightly difficult to put on at first, once you’ve got them on we swear you’ll never want to take them off.

Compression fabrics also help to improve blood flow and provide muscle support where you need it most.

How should I care for my Some Product garments?

We recommend washing your clothes in cold water and hang to dry. Avoid rough surfaces and don’t iron the graphics.



What size should I order?

Please check out the Some Product size guide.

If you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Wearing nude seamless undies with our gear is also greatly recommended.

How do I measure myself?

When measuring, make sure the tape measure is flat and not twisted. Always make sure that it is not cutting in to squishing the area you are measuring. All measurements should be done without clothes.

Ankle: measure around the narrowest part of your ankle.

Thigh: measure around the widest part of your thigh.

Hip: measure around the widest part of your bottom (psst it’s your bum!)

Waist: measure around the smallest part of your stomach. It should be the place where your body naturally bends.

Bust: measure around the widest part of your bust. Be careful not to let the tape measure slip down at the back.



Is it safe to purchase online?

Absolutely! Some Product is a Canada based company. We use Paypal and Shopify payments, which ensures a safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third parties.

When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all in stock orders within 3-5 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, an email notification with the estimated wait time will be sent to you.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at so we can urgently review the matter for you!



What payment methods does Some Product accept?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

We ship all over the world!

How can I track my order?

Standard shipping does not include a tracking option. Upgraded tracking options are available upon check out. Orders of three (3) items or more will automatically quality for free shipping with a tracking number.

Please note that Some Product cannot be held liable for the loss of goods during shipment. We recommend selecting a upgraded tracking option to prevent items going missing.

When your order is shipped, you will be notified via email. A tracking number will be included if available. If you did not receive this email, please contact



What is your return policy?

Some Product will happily accept returns and exchanges on all our pieces within 7 days of receipt! The item(s) must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Some Product offers a full refund (excluding shipping cost) or exchange on items. Please contact to start your exchange/ return ticket.

How do I request a return?

Simply email so we can allocate a return for you. Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for returned goods. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) for full refund (excluding original shipping cost). Some Product cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of tracking details.

How long does it take for my exchange/ refund to be processed?

We try to process returns as quickly as possibly, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return. If you are exchanging, we will send your new pieces out within 3-5 working days for in stock items. If you are refunding, we will refund you via the same payment method. You will be notified by email once completed.
